At MD Treatment Lounge, we are committed to providing quality treatments and excellent care. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, we uphold a strict No Refund Policy on all aesthetic treatment purchases, including:

Policy Details

1. No Refunds

  • Once a purchase has been made, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
  • This applies whether the treatment has already started or has not yet begun.

2. Client Preparedness

It is the client's responsibility to follow pre-treatment instructions provided by our staff. Treatments may be shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited without refund if clients arrive unprepared. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Not shaving the treatment area prior to a laser appointment.
  • Failure to follow other preparation guidelines outlined during booking.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of the session without refund, in line with our booking policies.

4. Unused Treatments

  • If a treatment has not yet started, the full purchase value remains as a credit on your account.
  • This credit can be:
    • Applied towards any other service or treatment of your choice at MD Treatment Lounge, OR
    • Transferred to a family member or friend for their use.

Please note: If a treatment has already started, no refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Flexibility of Credit

  • Credits for unused treatments do not expire and may be redeemed at any time, subject to availability of services.

6. Additional Terms

Treatments within a package or deal cannot be exchanged or substituted for other services, and clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the treatments purchased. No refunds will be issued if a client becomes ineligible after purchase due to medical reasons.

7. Agreement of Terms

  • By purchasing any treatment, package, or deal, clients acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy in full.
