Membership Terms & Conditions

Taxes

All membership fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Monthly Billing

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid and up to date.

Minimum Commitment

All memberships require a minimum commitment of six months from the enrollment date.

Monthly Treatment Benefit

Members may redeem one eligible treatment per month based on their selected membership tier. Treatment options are subject to availability and provider recommendation.

Consultations & Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation and may be adjusted or declined if they are not suitable for the client's skin, health history, or treatment goals.

Product Discount

Membership skincare product discounts apply to eligible retail skincare products only. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

Birthday Product

Birthday product gifts are available to active members only and must be redeemed during the member's birthday month.

Guest Pass

Guest passes are available to active members only and may be used once for a new guest who has not previously visited MD Treatment Lounge. Guest passes have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with other offers.

Unused Treatments & Rollovers

Monthly treatments should be used within the billing month. If a member is unable to attend, one rollover may be requested with advance notice. Rolled-over treatments must be used within 60 days of the original billing date. Consecutive monthly rollovers are not permitted.

Cancellations

A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel a membership. Cancellations requested before the six-month minimum commitment is completed may be subject to a value adjustment.

Early Cancellation Value Adjustment

If a membership is cancelled before the six-month minimum term is complete, any treatments or benefits already redeemed may be recalculated at regular retail value. Any remaining balance must be paid before the cancellation is finalized.

Freezes

Members may request one membership freeze per calendar year with at least 15 days' notice. A freeze fee may apply. Freeze requests are subject to approval.

Refunds

Membership fees, unused treatments, partially used services, and membership benefits are non-refundable.

Non-Transferable

Memberships, treatments, discounts, guest passes, and benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the active member unless otherwise stated.

No Cash Value

Membership benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, gift cards, or other services outside of the membership terms.

Promotions

Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, gift cards, or special offers unless approved by MD Treatment Lounge.

Policy Changes

MD Treatment Lounge reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, treatment options, and terms with notice to members.
